Lavleen Kaur is an award-winning dietitian and lifestyle coach from Chandigarh, India. She is the recipient of Most Promising Youngest Dietitian by International Healthcare Awards, New Delhi, in 2016.
She holds a Master’s degree in Science specialising in Foods and Nutrition from Government Home Science College, Chandigarh, and also a post-graduation degree in Health & Family Welfare from Panjab University. She founded Diet Insight in 2014, a diet clinic situated in Chandigarh with a team of qualified dietitians, nutritionists and lifestyle coaches, serving personalized diet plans to clients worldwide (via the mobile app ‘Diet Insight’) to manage obesity, Thyroid, PCOD/S, Diabetes, Hypertension and all other lifestyle disorders.

When i Was in high school just i red in magazine that cow mlk fr her calves, so they grow fast wth huge body so special hormonal maden fr cow calves, not fr us human kids/adult human. Its just wth pure good cow milk issue. Then when cows r not grass fed to med given etc wrongs unnatural then wht more pathetic cow mlk can b i was thinking. Also cow mlk naturally fr its kids/calves, normal naturally. Why we human would use it? Then thinking if goat mlk sheep mlk ok fr us after their kids fed? As muslims d prophet his time ppl also had goat mlk sheep mlk paneer bfre. Those were grass fed/natural fed goat sheep n after their kids fed human had their mlk, paneer. Also camel was told as its structural dfrntly, desrt animl who keep water saved in it. We should not b unnatural wth animals wth us also. How these animal r antibiotics given, hormone given, non grass fed, caged etc when cow mlk not fr us human usually also? Chemically structured fr calves fully to grow it fast wth special based. I could not hav mlk, butter, since little, rarely to rarest i had once or thrice in a yr. But i loved butter, curd, paneer later, so much always but i Couldn't hav. I even not human mlk fed ever. Totally unnatural fed bad life always. Now i think to hav curd as proteins n mainly fr vit b 12. I cant eat chicken /bird meats, eggs due to personal oaths to Allah. Im ok wth plant mlk in dsrt, cofee, tea etc. But just fr vit b 12 n good fat good protein i m stuck to sour curd. Im ethical halal source no animal cruelty no wrong wth human based halal ethical non veg veg eater. I cant eat chicken /any bird meat, eggs, no matter how ethical halal they r coz i had personal oaths wth Allah fr my sin. Also no fish eggs as its wrong wth fishes/animals, no fish stick caught fishes no non adult fishes also. No garbage eater haram body maden fishes also. Same no garbage eater haram body maden chicken, ducks, cow goat sheep fr any. We muslims r told to eat these halal n its naturally normal also. I dont eat fishes n red meat now coz if animal cruelty if wrong eaten based if haram source if wrong wth human. So now stuck wth curd but is it ok as i dont supprt using animl kids mlk fr us human Though if good fed natural life along kids r fed well then we can hav those animals mlk whtevr left. Our prophet, his ppl, islam also this type. No animl cruelty no unnatural wth animals no wrong wth human based. So i dont understand wht to do now, halal n ethical must, but vit b 12 i m lacking as cant take b 12 supplement as those might b taken from whtevr animls so same thing wht i could wth any animals. Nutritional east im thinking but again halal n if full natural vit 12 or again wrong way animal cruelty based fortified vit 12 loaded? So again fr vit 12 mainly im fr curd. Cow mlk curd not right but im not getting goat/sheep curd where no cruelty no wrong wth animals n human. Good fat good protein also frm curd. But fr vit b 12, i will ask them d source but if halal, Ethical then again i should not take cow curd as we r human not calves. Also im woman who had no mom mlk fed no good food no natural ok rather garbage fed experiment done bad worst life me, so im more in danger wth cow curd than other women. But fr vit 12, i cant hav goat sheep curd. Only cow curd. Im human n i need vit b 12. If halal ethical source no animl cruelty no wrong wth human then i could hav free roaming goat sheep mlk, curd,
